Obtaining Your Background Report From KBA (when a report has been previously requested about you)
You may request a free annual file disclosure when a background report has been previously requested about you pursuant to the Free Annual File Disclosure Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 610, by contacting Kroll Background America, Inc. (KBA) via one of the methods below:

Leave a message on our secure voicemail system to request a free copy of your background report and file by mail or email once you provide proper personally identifiable documentation.

Please note that KBA will only have a report/file about you if you previously signed an authorization form allowing an employer, or other party, to obtain a background check on you through KBA.
